it would be intrsting to see what sort of plot that they come up with for

You thinking da post has befuddled the masses..... AFD!
I think they will stuff up the plot on the next alien movie too but the
alien itself will keep on looking better and better.
Sure you lose the sinister 'never see the monster' effect but thats what the
punters want these days.
I wanna see a hive war myself.
10,000 aliens vs 10,000 aliens vs some predators vs human rebels/settlers vs
human military vs corporations vs space jockeys vs red dwarf
